Our Company is a subsidiary Company of Geological Survey & Mines Bureau, registered as a fully government owned limited liability company on 12th September 2001 by Registrar of companies under the Company Act No 17 of 1982. Other share holders of the Company are National Gem & Jewellary Authority and Lanka Phosphate Ltd.
GSMB Technical Services (pvt) Ltd is the only private Company in Sri Lanka that has technical knowledge, manpower resources and equipment including analytical laboratories, that has undertaken projects which are divergent for engineering geology to assessment of mineral resources. The mission of the Company is to provide superior performance in mineral technology and tremendous commercialize back up facility to mineral development and environmental management in Sri Lanka.
