The main role of the investigation division is conducting investigation related to the ministry and all the institutions under the ministry and monitoring and coordinating complaints handling in order to minimize the discrepancies and to maintain proper order of the functions carried out by the ministry and institutions under the ministry.

Quarterly review the responses to the complaints related to all the institutions and take follow up actions regarding unsettled complaints.
