Role of the Division

The Human Resources Development Division (HRD) conducts training / capacity building programs for the staff of the Ministry in order to improve knowledge, skills & attitudes of the officers that help to improve the efficiency of human resources, which pave the way to achieve organizational goals.

Main Programmes

• Out Bound Training (OBT)
• Induction Training
• Subject Oriented Training
• Financing Master and Diploma in participating

In addition to the above the HRD Division handles the process to facilitate officers for the Foreign Training Programs as well as for the International Meetings, Symposiums, Conferences, etc.
